The client's POS had years of bespoke modules: production flow, material issues, requisitions, distributor POS, machine tracking, and finance with chart of accounts, ledger, bills, P&L and balance sheet. The migration carried all of it from vendor v6.0 to v9.0, with a documented table-by-table database migration and diff.
Legacy work done properly: a migration summary, a database table map and a diff excerpt the client can audit.
