About
Tuchopini Technologies is the company of Brian Ambundo Katiechi, an electrical and electronics engineer (Kenyatta University, Engineers Board of Kenya graduate engineer) who trained in software at Moringa School and has spent five years building for Kenyan businesses, schools and charities, and for clients in the United States and South Africa.
The work runs from the sensor on the wall to the dashboard in the browser: a prepaid-power prototype where an M-Pesa payment switches a relay, a maths platform where parents pay KES 30 a day, an AI tutor that runs on WhatsApp and on an offline Raspberry Pi, a digital business card app on Google Play, traffic counters that match a transport engineer's survey sheet, and marketing video rendered from code.
Every project starts with a written brief. Every status on this site is honest: live means live, prototype means prototype. Kenya-first is the default (M-Pesa, SMS, phone-number sign-up, light pages, KES pricing) and it travels well.
