A SaaS billing platform for small Kenyan ISPs on MikroTik: expiry alerts before disconnection, M-Pesa collection, automatic reconciliation of each payment to the right subscriber and package, and instant reconnection on the router with no human in the loop. Owner dashboard for customers, packages and revenue.

The hard part is reconciliation, not payment: a callback arrives with a phone number and an amount, and the system must decide unambiguously, in seconds, which subscriber it is and what it buys.
