Selling a category that does not exist yet is harder than selling a better version of one that does. The content system defines the brand, page-by-page copy and explicit calls to action so a builder or an AI can work from it directly. Three generations exist: a WordPress/Elementor build, a hand-coded static v1, and the current TanStack Start build with four pricing tiers, lead capture and a real client photoshoot. Logo and 5-second reveal generated in the media pipeline.
A machine-consumable brand content system is a deliverable in its own right, not notes toward a website.
