Contractors upload electrical drawings; vision models (Gemini 1.5 Flash primary, Llama 3.2 Vision via Ollama fallback) count fixtures and produce an itemised, priced bill of quantities. FastAPI with async SQLAlchemy and Alembic, React and Vite front end, Supabase, Vercel and Render configs.
This is where the engineering degree and the software meet: knowing what an installation actually needs is what makes the estimate trustworthy.
