For a mental-health clinic the website is where someone decides whether to seek help at all. Six pages built around reassurance: visible clinicians, plainly described services, the real clinic environment in a gallery, and an FAQ that answers the questions people are too uncomfortable to ask.
The FAQ carries more weight here than on almost any other site.
